Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. She warms-up first before moving on to exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
