Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Inspired by her observation of shadows reflected upon the ground, the artist spent many months perfecting a technique to express objects in two dimensions onto canvas. The object becomes a representation of its own, with the canvas carrying an interpretation by painting of the object, especially when it is a living thing or food item, such as fruit or people. Alexa Meade's paintings are ephemeral, but the photo is what is left. Techniques of photography and painting are tightly coordinated, resulting in a flat two-dimensional space which achieves trompe-l'oeil. Certain parts of the image like hair and eyes, display the three-dimensional dimension. Meade occasionally integrates painted models in the space surrounding them. They are able to interact with this world that she created. Thus, the boundary between photography and painting is dissolved.
